Tourism Langley is recognized by Tourism BC as the community’s delivery organization of the internationally recognized customer service program - WorldHost® Training Services (formerly SuperHost®.

With over 24 years of expertise in training individuals to deliver a “WOW” customer service experience, WorldHost® Training Services continues the SuperHost® legacy by offering internationally recognized training solutions to effectively meet the needs of our clients in the tourism industry. This highly regarded program continues to be recognized by the tourism, hospitality and tourism industries world-wide.

WorldHost® workshops are interactive and informative and provide valuable customer service skills that can be readily applied to any workforce. The workshops also help participants in enhancing their communication skills with customers and to demonstrate their attentiveness to the customer. The workshop will also provide participants with an overall understanding of the social and economic contribution that a healthy and vibrant tourism industry makes to their community. The variety of modules can be customized to the specific needs and can include such features as "Out and About in Your Community".

Volunteer Langley – Raise Your Hand and Get Involved!

The City and Township of Langley have the reputation as being home to hundreds of amazing volunteers, many of whom volunteer for numerous organizations throughout the year!

Similarly, our communities are home to a mind boggling array of organizations committed to serving residents and visitors to Langley, who rely on the generosity and talents of volunteers.
Volunteer Langley provides local non-profit organizations and event planners with the opportunity to find valuable volunteers to assist them with programs and events.
Engaging volunteers and organizers in every sector, offering training opportunities and resources, highlighting the importance of inclusiveness will be a major focus for all of the volunteer programs offered through the Volunteer Langley which will be located at the Langley Spirit of BC offices (101-20611 Fraser Highway).
